Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in this or a similar role at an agency. The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they can successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfil the client's needs by matching and sourcing candidates for open roles. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
